All our prices include value added tax (VAT) chargeable to customers in the UK. Customers outside the UK, now including those in the European Union (EU), are responsible for covering all applicable import duties and local taxes. We do not deliver with duties paid and our international customers can therefore expect to pay additional charges upon receipt of their order(s).
All orders are shipped with tracking and will require a signature upon delivery. Domestic (UK) orders placed between Monday and Thursday will typically be delivered within 3 working days; orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be delivered the following week, according to the same schedule. This timing can be expedited by opting for Express shipping. Standard-delivery international orders, including to the EU, will typically be delivered within 7-10 working days; and Priority-delivery orders within 5 days.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
We appreciate your support for our products, and hope you are pleased with your purchase(s). However, if you change your mind, we understand and endeavour to support you through every step of the returns, exchanges, and refunds processes.
You can return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, provided they have not been worn, retain their original tags and packaging, and are in resalable condition. To do this, please email email@example.com with "REQUEST TO RETURN" and your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the next steps. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns shipping, which must be trackable and signed for, as well as any insurance costs. Once a return has been processed, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to register to the original source of payment (i.e., the PayPal or bank account).

Exchanges can take up to 7 days to process, after which point normal delivery times apply. Exchanges are offered for the same style in a different size or colour, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we ask that you request to return the product and place a new order instead. Customers requesting an exchange will have to pay any difference in the cost of the item, as well as any additional delivery costs. Customers making exchanges will not incur additional taxes or duty fees, but in the unlikely event this happens, we encourage customers to engage with local tax authorities directly.
